User research & discovery

For when you need to understand what your users actually do, what they need, and where things break down.

I conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and other research depending on what you're trying to figure out. I analyze the data and give you findings you can actually use.

Product strategy & definition

For when you have an idea, or you're not sure what direction to go. You need to validate assumptions, understand your market, and figure out what to build.

I help you run strategy workshops, do research with your users, look at what competitors are doing, and define what your product should actually be.

• Typical timeline: 4-6 weeks
• Cost: Starting at $7k

Service design

For when you're redesigning how you serve your users or your team. You need to understand the full journey, find the friction points, and design something that actually works across your whole system.

I map out journeys, create service blueprints, run workshops with your team, and help you plan how to actually implement the changes.

• Cost: Starting at $10k

2. Proposal: I send you scope, timeline, and cost
3. Kickoff: We align on what we're doing and how we'll work together
4. The work: Research, strategy, design, whatever we agreed on
5. Delivery: You get findings, recommendations, and a plan for what's next

Ongoing support

I also work on retainer if you need ongoing research or strategy support.
